CreditVeto Africa Refer & Earn Program – Terms and Conditions

These Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions ("Referral Terms") govern participation in the CreditVeto Africa referral program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, users agree to comply with these Referral Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service of CreditVeto Africa.

1. Program Overview

The CreditVeto Africa Refer & Earn Program allows registered users ("Referrers") to earn referral rewards by inviting new users ("Referees") to join the CreditVeto Africa platform using a unique referral link or code provided within the application.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program:

• The Referrer must have an active CreditVeto Africa account and have done at least tier 1 KYC verification.

• The Referee must be a new user who has not previously registered on the CreditVeto Africa platform.

• The Referee must register using the Referrer's unique referral link or code.

CreditVeto Africa reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Qualifying Referral

A referral shall be considered a Qualified Referral when the following conditions are met:

• The Referee successfully registers on CreditVeto Africa using the Referrer's referral link.

• The Referee completes the required account setup and must complete at least tier 1 KYC verification.

• The Referee completes successful transactions up to the specified threshold within the CreditVeto Africa platform.

Transactions may include bill payments, airtime purchases, data purchases, or other transactions supported by the platform.

4. Referral Reward

For each Qualified Referral:

• The Referrer will earn a reward based on the current reward rate for referral.

• Rewards will be credited to the Referrer's CreditVeto Africa account once the qualifying conditions are verified.

5. Referral Limits

CreditVeto Africa may impose limits on the Program, including but not limited to:

• Number of Eligible Referrals: The maximum number of referrals that qualify for rewards.

• Total Number of Referrals: The total number of users a participant may invite.

• Maximum Amount Earned: The total reward amount a user may earn from referrals.

These limits may be displayed within the user's referral dashboard in the CreditVeto Africa application.

6. Referral Tracking

Each user will be provided with a unique referral link and code. All referrals must be made using this link or code in order to be tracked and qualify for rewards.

CreditVeto Africa shall not be responsible for rewards that cannot be attributed to a Referrer due to incorrect or missing referral links.

7. Reward Credit and Withdrawal

Referral rewards will be credited to the Referrer's account after verification of the qualifying referral activity.

CreditVeto Africa reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards while verifying transaction authenticity.

8. Prohibited Activities

Participants in the Program must not:

• Create fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral rewards.

• Refer themselves using multiple accounts.

• Use automated systems or bots to generate referrals.

• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive promotional practices.

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Cancellation of referral rewards.

• Suspension or termination of accounts.

• Disqualification from the Program.

9. Program Modification or Termination

CreditVeto Africa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn Program. Changes may include:

• Modification of referral reward amounts.

• Changes to spending requirements.

• Adjustment of referral limits.

10. Final Determination

CreditVeto Africa's determination of eligibility, reward qualification, and program compliance shall be final.

11. Governing Terms

Participation in the Refer & Earn Program is also subject to the general CreditVeto Africa Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
